Hybrid Model

Elastic model where part of the system is modelled using finite elements and part using atoms. The two parts are then coupled using traction forces and displacement interpolation.

MEMS Electrostatic Actuator

Electric potential model through a cross section of a comb drive actuator, to study the effect of relative electrode displacements on the electrostatic forces in the system.
